I would take this time to discuss the rock band Primus, but I know nothing about them. I only recently learned of them after watching Sage’s Top Ten Most WTF Music Videos where this video, “Mr. Krinkle,” was ranked as #3. (In my opinion, it’s #1!)
The music video stars a cello-playing pig in a leisure suit. But trust me: that’s not the weird part. After 30 seconds, the band in the background pulls away and a myriad of other oddities start walking by—most of which defy explanation: a man on fire casually carrying a briefcase, a man in a straight jacket jumping on a pogo stick, a woman sitting on a block of ice with fish frozen inside it, twins jumping rope, trapeze artists, tightrope walkers, puppets on stilts, sword fighters, and they all parade by several times in the background for the finale. And all of this was shot in the same camera angle in one shot! Now that’s serious choreography!
