Libertarianism Has Fought No Wars

Libertarianism Has Fought No Wars by ~BlameThe1st on deviantART

Libertarianism has fought no wars. It has killed no opponents. It has set up no concentration camps, starved no enemies, practiced no cruelties.

Its battles have been against war, torture, censorship, drug prohibition, police brutality, government spying, corporate cronyism, monetary inflation, an increasing national debt and deficit, and the erosion of constitutional rights.

If someone says, “Oh, I’m not a libertarian,” I ask, “Why, what’s your problem?”

Libertarians do not wish to impose their beliefs on others. They do not wish to pursue a utopian society. They only wish to live their own lives and allow others to do likewise provided they harm no one. And yet they are considered “radicals”, “extremists”, and “fringe nuts”?
