Again, because I did not post yesterday, today is a double post. And what better way to celebrate the holidays than watching the original South Park short?
The animation may not have held up all these years, but the message still remains relevant: the holiday season requires both the saced and the secular. You can't have one without the other anymore than you can have the Oreo cookies without the cream.
Oh, and Christmas is about one important thing: Brian Boitano! Truly he is the reason for the season!
And, oh, technically, that actually wasn't the "original"! This is the original short that Trey Parker and Matt Stone created while they were in college.
Despite the grossly outdated animation, this short still holds the ever valuable lesson of what happens when you put a magic hat on a snowman: it comes to life...as a flesh-eating Eldricth Abomination.
