Nightly Frights: The Blind Maiden
Consider this a public service announcement. Whatever you do, don’t go to the website blindmaiden.com. Just don’t go there! If you go there, you’re going to find…
That is, unless you log onto the website alone during a moonless night at exactly midnight with all of you lights in your house turned off.
If you do, you won’t find anything too shocking. Just a normal montage of pictures of the twisted faces of children frozen in tremendous fear with their eyes gorged out. That’s all!
Oh, and if you manage to stomach through such a nightmarish slideshow, you’ll come across a line of text that reads as follows:
"This website will take you to a whole new level of horror. A horror that will use all five of your senses. You must be very careful not to click on anything by accident. You will be faced with a real experience of absolute horror. Click the accept button to engage actively in the experience."
Now, if you have more than two brain-cells rubbing together in your head, you’ll more than likely at that point make the sane decision and click the “decline” button.
Otherwise—well, it was nice knowing you!
